The Advice centre is open Monday to Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm.

During academic holidays open hours may alter so please feel free to email us to arrange an appointment or just to see when the centre is open.

Beverly is our most senior advisor and able to assist you with any problems or queries you may have. Beverly has an in depth knowledge of benefits and your rights. You can talk to her about anything that is troubling you.

Mair Owen

Mair is happy to help with a number of problems whether they are financial queries, housing problems or personal issues. She has an advice-giving background and if she can’t help she will definitely be able to point you in the right direction.

Teresa is the friendly receptionist who is always willing to listen, make tea, or sign you up for an appointment should the advisors be busy.

Teresa is also able to dispense condoms and pregnancy tests.
